I have written a Python wrapper and a Nipype interface for BROCCOLI, an OpenCL-based fMRI analysis software. The project required interfacing with the BROCCOLI library written in C with OpenCL kernels, exporting the interface to Python via SWIG, and writing python scripts for the common tasks done with BROCCOLI. I have also added an interface for Nipype, a modular library that provides a common interface to multiple neuroimaging software. In addition to a paycheck, my contribution was acknowledged in a research article in Frontiers in Neuroinformatics.
